How to use your Neck & Chest LED

Reduce the appearance of fine lines and improve skin tone evenness on your neck and chest with red and red + infrared LED light.

Prep your skin and put on the device

Start with clean, dry skin. Open the clasp at the back of the neck, place the device over your chest and around your neck, then let the magnetic clasp click gently into place. Adjust for a comfortable, secure fit.

Power on and customise your session

Press and hold the LED button to start the 9-minute LED session with heat and massage. Short press the massage or heat buttons to toggle through the 3 massage settings and 3 heat levels.

Sit back and relax

Enjoy your 9-minute LED session that fits into any routine, then follow with your regular skincare.

How does Neck & Chest LED work?

The device delivers red and infrared light through 288 precision LEDs, calibrated to scientifically validated wavelengths and power density designed for the skin on your neck and chest. Each session runs for 9 minutes, the exposure time used in our clinical study to deliver visible results in this area.

How long is a session, and how often should I use it?

Each session is 9 minutes, once daily. The session length and frequency are built into the device’s pre-programmed skincare routine, designed for consistent at-home use. Because it is hands-free, you can wear it during other parts of your routine.

When will I start seeing results?

LED light therapy works cumulatively. Consistent daily use is what builds the benefit over time, and the device's 9-minute pre-programmed treatment is designed with that cadence in mind. The clinical study protocol referenced in the product's research runs for 12 weeks with once-daily use, which is the timeframe used to evaluate improvements in fine lines, firmness and texture on the neck and chest. Can I use this at the same time as the TheraFace Mask?

Neck & Chest LED also works as a standalone device if you do not own the mask.

What is VibraWave Technology?

VibraWave Technology delivers a heated vibration massage to the back of the neck during your LED session. The heat and vibration work together to help ease everyday neck tension, turning a skincare step into a more complete self-care routine. It has three massage settings: Low, High and Wave. The fit is adjustable so the massage contact sits comfortably, regardless of your neck size.

My skincare routine already covers my face. Why does my neck and chest need a separate device?

The neck and chest age differently from the face and typically receive less daily SPF, fewer topical skincare products and more cumulative UV exposure. Facial devices are not shaped to cover the area below the jawline, the underside of the neck or across the chest. Neck & Chest LED is designed specifically for this zone, with LED placement angled to address the curvature of the neck and a full chest panel to target the décolletage area where visible signs of sun exposure, crepey texture and fine lines often appear first.
